Phillip Paul Weiner, is a community based consultant pharmacist. He was the Pharmacist/Owner of Weiner 's Pharmacy from February 1963 through July 1998. His areas of interest and experience are in diabetes, patient compliance management, male impotency and incontinence, kidney dialysis and transplantation.

He is a Clinical Associate Professor with the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, Past Chair of the State of Maryland Medicaid DUR Board, and the Consultant Pharmacist to the Baltimore City Health Department’s Municipal Health Services Medicare Waiver Program.

Dr. Weiner graduated in 1961 from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy with a Pharm. BS degree and received his PharmD in 1996.

He has been given the honor of winning the Presidents Award from the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland and the Dupont Innovative Practice Award presented by the Maryland Pharmacists Association.
